This is a difficult review to write as we found out we’d lost one of our babies today. I am choosing to write this though because of all the people I’ve interacted with in the last 24 hours since visiting Joyce she was the one with the most compassion. We went in to confirm the genders of our boys and unfortunately were unable but Joyce was very professional and compassionate the whole time and I know I wasn’t just a name, I could see it in her eyes. I highly recommend her for any of your needs.

She was super gentle and nice. She talked me through the entire thing and making sure I was okay and it calmed my nerves a lot. For my first time ever going and doing this I’m glad I had her.

I had an ultra sound on my carotid artery,and I feel like she was very thorough,and she also took the time to help me get registered,plus the office is fantastically decorated made me feel right at home. This was my second time going to JerBear imaging. I had a wonderful experience again and cannot wait to go back in a few weeks to get some good 3D images of baby boy! I had the best experience with Joyce and loved getting to see our precious boy on the ultrasound. I am beyond please with how much they put in to everything unlike at a doctor’s office where they rush you, Joyce took her time and is amazing at getting footage and pictures of the baby! Joyce was amazing! She was professional, kind, and persistent to get us videos and pictures that were worthy of our time. Never had to wait to be seen. Loved the online scheduling, and the entire process from start to finish was beyond easy.
