Comfortable

This is a difficult review to write as we found out we’d lost one of our babies today. I am choosing to write this though because of all the people I’ve interacted with in the last 24 hours since visiting Joyce she was the one with the most compassion. We went in to confirm the genders of our boys and unfortunately were unable but Joyce was very professional and compassionate the whole time and I know I wasn’t just a name, I could see it in her eyes. I highly recommend her for any of your needs.

from the moment I walked into the clean office, I was greeted by Joyce in a warm and friendly manner. The facilities were top-notch and her care and compassion for my situation was second to none. Very professional and compassionate in her care explained a process and made sure I was calm and relaxed. Will definitely recommend Joyce to anybody that needs imaging. What an easy and wonderful experience. Joyce was gentle, comforting, and made me feel right at ease. The office is very clean and inviting. No waiting and she was very thorough. Highly recommend!

She was super gentle and nice. She talked me through the entire thing and making sure I was okay and it calmed my nerves a lot. For my first time ever going and doing this I’m glad I had her.
